Makkah Madinah Taxi Service is preparing a travel-information and enquiry website. This notice describes the intended enquiry workflow. It does not represent that the website is a licensed transport operator.

Information you provide

When you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, your message may include your name, telephone number, journey route, travel date/time, number of passengers, luggage details, flight information and optional special requests.

How information is used

We use information you send to respond to your enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking. We do not collect trip payments or assign drivers through this enquiry process.

Sharing

We will not forward your personal enquiry details to a transport provider without asking for your separate permission. You may instead choose to contact a licensed provider directly. WhatsApp processes messages under its own terms and privacy policy.

Storage and security

The website form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. It does not itself create a server-side booking account. Messages and any manually maintained enquiry records may contain personal information; access should be limited to those handling the enquiry. A specific retention schedule must be established before live operation.

Your choices

You can choose not to send an enquiry. To request access, correction or deletion of information held by the website contact, email booking@makkahmadinahtaxiservice.com. Applicable rights and retention obligations may vary.

Pre-launch requirement: Verify the business operator identity, contact channels, retention schedule, data controller responsibilities and Saudi PDPL compliance before activating public enquiry collection.
